Customer was looking for a solution to launch their online DVD rental operations in the UK. The system manages inventory, user access and online rental routines for the users. The online portal operates in multiple countries selling prepaid cards and forex solution. They were looking for a solution interacting with different card providers and for the online sales of the various services they were offering.

Solution Provided

The online DVD rental system was developed with Microsoft C Sharp and SQL server. It also had an inbuilt content management system so that the site administrators could manage the site content easily. Options to plug in streaming media were also configured so that movie streaming video etc could be plugged in. Online payment system for recurring billing and related payments were integrated with the system.

A payment processing system developed in vb.net was developed into handle the credit card transactions for the customers operating in multiple countries. A portal was developed for selling the prepaid cards and related services through the web. The system was integrated with their customer relationships management so that issues logged by the portal were handled efficiently.
