1. SEO Specialist
Job Description:

The SEO Specialist will serve as an integral part of a cross-functional SEO team, working with the existing marketing team. In this role you will be responsible for the day to day analysis of SEO traffic as well as a key contributor to implementation of SEO-related features on the website, including creation and optimization of content pages, analysis of current web page designs and code, and working with the engineering teams to implement recommended changes. We are looking for candidates with well-rounded knowledge of the web and a passion for SEO.

Responsibilities:

Content development : 

  • Effectively produce and analyze the success of SEO-driven content across site pages. 
  • Optimize links and landing pages for conversion from search engines. 
  • Collaborate on site navigation, content organization, and page detail.
  • Write, edit and schedule site content, meta data, and related tags.
  •  
  • Work with the Marketing team members to Collaborate on content projects such as the main blog, Twitter, Facebook, and other social-media related efforts as they relate to SEO.

Analysis/Testing:  

  • Identify areas for SEO testing, working with engineering teams to execute tests and report on successes and failures.
  • Use web metrics tools to manage an SEO analytics framework to assist and evaluate search engine traffic and rankings and their impact on conversion. 
  • Perform keyword research, manage ongoing reporting of trends, and identify areas for potential success and opportunity.
  • Define, schedule and support projects related to keyword opportunities.

Project management:  

  • Work with engineering to define, schedule, and support new SEO feature enhancements and improvements to existing systems.
  • Manage a list of potential features and collaborate on the respective priority of each.

Industry expertise: 

  • Analyze search industry information including newsletters, blogs, and reports, and impact on ongoing efforts. 

2 .net Developers
Job Description: You will be working independently as well as in team, responsible for designing, analyzing, developing and implementing Web applications and Windows applications.
Experience:- 2 - 4 Years
Preferred Skills: The position involves developing websites & windows applications in Microsoft Technology using Microsoft .NET 2.0, ASP .NET 2.0, C#, VB .NET and SQL SERVER 2008. Knowledge and experience in XML, AJAX, JQUERY and JAVASRCIPT is desirable. Having experience in
E-Commerce website is an added advantage.

3. QA Engineer
Job Description:

The QA Engineer will be accountable for the following but not limited to:

  • Lead a module team and mentor Jr. Engineers
  • Define module level test strategy
  • Ensure the module level quality of the product.
  • Analyze the functional Requirements, develop test plan and test scenarios
  • Review test cases prepared by Jr. Engineers
  • Perform various tests like functional, regression, usability, browser compatibility
  • Coordination with Product Management and Development team to derive test requirements
  • Generation and maintenance of test data
  • Execution of test cases and analyze test results
  • Generate and maintain various documents like Test Requirement specification, Regression test document, test cases etc.
  • Generate and maintain various test reports like bug log, test log etc.

Skill sets of QA Engineer/Lead Essential:

  • Educational Qualification: BE/BTech/MCA/Msc Computers
  • Experience: 4+ Years
  • Experience in testing web applications
  • Ability to analyze problems
  • Good Knowledge of software testing concepts and methodologies

  • The candidate should be able to create mobile applications which work on a wide variety of devices / browsers (including iPhone, Android, Blackberry, Symbian and non-smart phones)
  • Creating mobile applications with Objective-C (iPhone, iPad) and/or Java (Android)
  • 2-3 years of development experience using Objective C, COCOA, iOS, VC++
