Engagement model design
Choose a structure that fits your goals, ownership preferences and investment plan, from a captive centre to Build-Operate-Transfer or a focused Nano GCC.
Build a Global Capability Centre in India around pods of senior engineers directing specialised AI agents on one shared platform. Grow delivery capacity through expertise and automation, with a team shaped around your business.
From choosing the right structure to building your team and operating platform, we support the capabilities your centre needs to succeed.
Choose a structure that fits your goals, ownership preferences and investment plan, from a captive centre to Build-Operate-Transfer or a focused Nano GCC.
Build senior teams through multi-channel sourcing, structured assessments and onboarding, supported by ART’s experience in Kochi’s technology talent market.
Connect strategic reviews with global leadership to operational governance with delivery heads, covering performance, culture, security and compliance.
Give every pod access to ART AI Stack™, with specialised agents, reusable skills and connectors. Design integrations around open standards and your model and vendor requirements.
Balance ownership, investment and operational responsibility around your goals.
Establish a dedicated entity and team with your operating policies, leadership and delivery priorities. ART supports setup and the capabilities needed to make the centre operational.
ART helps establish and operate the centre during an agreed initial period, with knowledge, processes and responsibilities transferred against a defined handover plan.
Agree ownership, investment, decision rights and delivery responsibilities with a local partner. Shape governance around the contributions and objectives of both organisations.
Transition established roles and workflows through knowledge transfer, parallel operations and readiness checks, preserving continuity as responsibility moves.
Start with a dedicated pod of senior practitioners and AI agents focused on a defined business capability. Use shared platforms and support functions, then expand the centre as priorities and delivery needs grow.
We help set up and run your centre, from the first location workshop to an operational team. Four phases bring together business setup, people, infrastructure and delivery readiness.
Define the centre’s purpose and operating model.
Put the business and delivery foundations in place.
Build a team ready to work within your organisation.
Move into delivery and establish ongoing ownership.
ART AI Stack™ gives every pod shared agents, context and workflows. As those workflows prove reliable, your centre can move from AI-assisted engineering to agent operations, with human oversight and controls at every stage.

A Captive GCC gives you direct ownership and control, with a larger commitment to setup and ongoing operations. Build-Operate-Transfer provides a planned path to ownership, while a Joint Venture shares investment and governance. Lift & Shift transitions an existing capability. A Nano GCC starts with a specialist pod focused on a defined business need, with scope to expand. We help assess these against your objectives, investment horizon and readiness to operate the centre.
The timeline depends on the model, location, hiring needs and scope. A focused Nano GCC can be set up in phases, starting with the capability you need first. A Captive GCC may take 6 to 12 months to fully operationalise as an indicative planning range. Discovery establishes a realistic plan around entity setup, recruitment, infrastructure and your internal approvals.
Kochi offers an established technology ecosystem, access to local universities and an experienced talent pool. ART’s presence and hiring experience in the market support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing operations. We assess location fit against the skills you need, leadership access, infrastructure and total operating cost before recommending a location.
The operating model combines senior practitioners with specialised agents on a shared platform. Practitioners own priorities, architecture and quality, while agents support defined delivery tasks. As workflows prove reliable, the centre can expand its capacity through automation as well as hiring. The team shape and level of autonomy depend on the work, risk and results demonstrated in your environment.
No. We start with your systems, approved tools and security requirements. ART AI Stack™ provides a shared approach to agents, context and workflows, with integrations selected around your environment. Model access, data handling and vendor dependencies are agreed during design so the platform can evolve with your requirements.
We define ownership, governance and responsibilities at the outset. For a transfer model, the plan covers people, knowledge, operating processes, platform access and readiness checks. Where ongoing support is needed, we agree service responsibilities, reporting and review points so your leadership retains visibility and control.
